There are two. Card in middle splits your artwork down the center with a business-card panel in between; it folds at the center so the artwork spreads out on both sides, like wings. Diecut puts the artwork on the front cover and opens like a greeting card to a plain inside where your details go. You can preview both in 3D before ordering.
